We restore wood doors, too. This is how we do it:
- Install temporary solid core door with the existing hardware in place of the door being restored.
- Remove paint or stain finish.
- Repair as required with wood inlays or epoxy.
- Repair or replacement of the veneer as required.
- Finish painting or staining.
- Remove metal weather strip and replace with silicone weather strip.
- Jamb and exterior restoration available.
